Albatross Booking Policies

No Membership – 100% Hold

  • Credit Card Required – Authorization hold at time of booking (released at check-in)
  • Capacity Limits in Effect
    Golf Bays: Max 4 guests – $20/hr per extra person (2 max: including spectators). Not guaranteed.
  • Racing Simulators: Max 2 guests (including spectators).
  • Cancellation within 24 hours – Payment charged in full.
    Use the “Cancel my reservation” option in your booking confirmation or call to cancel. (no email)
  • Bay time ends 5 minutes early for cleaning. Please manage your pace of play.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed (This includes Tim Hortons).
  • Albatross reserves the right to reassign bays as needed.
  • Click “Book Now” to confirm and acknowledge these policies.
