How does pricing work?

We charge per hour per bay only. We do not charge per person. You can have up to 4 people at the same bay and pay the same hourly rate.

Do I need a credit card to book if I have a gift card or voucher?

Yes. A valid credit card is still required to secure your booking. Bring your physical gift card or voucher with you to your reservation. Our team will apply the balance to your bill in-house at the end of your visit.

What makes our golf simulators different?

Our GolfZon simulators offer one of the most advanced indoor golf experiences in the world, with features designed to make every round feel like the real thing:

What is the VIP Bay?

Our VIP Bay is a private, premium simulator space designed for an elevated golf experience. It features a Golfzon simulator with all the same advanced technology—moving swing plate, auto-tee, and world-class courses—but in a larger, enclosed room with extra seating and comfort. It’s perfect for private groups, corporate events, celebrations, or anyone looking for a little more space and exclusivity while they play.

Does the floor really move?

Yes, it does! The Golfzon hydraulic swing plate lifts and tilts to recreate uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies for a truly realistic challenge. You’ll also find different hitting surfaces—fairway, rough, and sand—to match your shot. And no shortcuts: the system knows where the ball is and will apply a distance penalty if you hit from the wrong area.

How many players can use one bay?

Each simulator bay can comfortably accommodate 4 players. It’s ideal for solo practice sessions, friendly games, or group events like leagues and parties.

How long does it take to play 18 holes?

A single player can complete 18 holes in about 1 hour. Groups of 4 usually take around 3 – 4 hours, depending on the pace of play.

Do I need to bring my own golf clubs and balls?

We recommend bringing your own clubs for the most authentic experience, but we also have rental sets available if needed. Golfzon simulators are designed to work with all standard clubs. As for balls, you don’t need to bring any—our simulators use high-quality balls specifically designed for accurate play and tracking.

Is there an app to track my stats?

Yes! The free Golfzon app (available on Google Play and the App Store) records all your rounds and keeps track of your stats once you create a profile. You’ll be able to see your average driving distance, fairway and green percentages, and average putts per round. After a few games, the app even calculates your handicap—perfect for use in our leagues and tournaments.

Where is the racing simulator located?

Our racing simulator is exclusively available at our Ancaster location at Albatross Indoor Golf.

It is not currently available at our Stoney Creek location.
