Albatross Booking Policy
- To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for your full name, contact number, email address, and a valid credit card. Please be aware that an authorization hold will be placed on your card, and this hold will be lifted when you check in. You will complete payment at the end of your tee-time.
- Golf Capacity: Please be aware that each bay has a maximum capacity of 4 guests, which includes those who are present to watch the game but not participate in golf.
- Racing Capacity: Please be aware that each Racing Simulator has a maximum capacity of 2 guests, which includes those who are present to watch the race.
- Cancellation: Albatross has a stringent 24-hour cancellation policy in place. You have the flexibility to cancel your reservation at no cost if you do so more than 24 hours before your tee time. To cancel, simply use the ‘Cancel my reservation’ option on your booking confirmation or give us a call.
- Please take note that your bay time will conclude 5 minutes before your booking ends to allow for proper cleaning and to ensure the next group can start promptly. Please manage your pace of play accordingly. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
- Please be aware that, in compliance with health regulations and AGCO guidelines, absolutely no outside food or beverages are allowed in our facility.
- Please keep in mind that you have the flexibility to select your preferred bay at the time of booking. However, Albatross reserves the right to relocate any reservation to different bays if necessary to optimize our tee sheet and accommodate other customer bookings.
